One of our most requested SOCS Facilities features is almost here.
Our development team has been working hard behind the scenes to introduce recurring bookings, making it even easier to manage regular room and resource bookings throughout the school year.
A huge thank you to the schools who have been testing the feature and providing valuable feedback during development.
Recurring bookings will be enabled for all SOCS Facilities schools very soon, and we'll let you know as soon as it's available.
As the new school year approaches, don't forget to roll your data over to the new academic year in SOCS.
Rolling over your pupil data is an essential step before the new term begins. Without completing the rollover, you won't be able to access team sheets or manage fixtures scheduled for the upcoming academic year.
To help make the process as straightforward as possible, we've put together a short video guide which explains the importance of checking your SOCS Pupil List, running the Pupil Sync and ensuring the academic year is matched correctly before completing the rollover.
Another incredible year of school life has been powered by SOCS.
From fixtures, performances and clubs to trips, activities and events, the SOCS community has once again delivered an extraordinary amount of co-curricular activity throughout the 2025/26 academic year.
The statistics below offer a snapshot of the scale of what's been achieved across our schools. Thank you for continuing to trust SOCS to support everything happening beyond the classroom.
Wondering how to introduce AI into your school with confidence? In the Autumn term, Dr Will Van Reyk, Deputy Head and Director of Innovation at St Paul's Girls' School, will launch a series of practical webinars designed to help school leaders implement AI responsibly and effectively for both staff and pupils.
As part of the new SOCS AI Standard, powered by Pedagogue, these micro-sessions will explore the five things every school leader needs to know about AI, providing practical guidance, real-world examples, and actionable next steps.
More details will be announced soon. In the meantime, you can register your interest today by completing the form and be the first to hear when bookings open.
September is a busy month for the SOCS team, with events including PADSIS in Dubai, the FOBISIA PE & Sport Conference in Shanghai, HMC Annual Conference and our Hong Kong User Group.
If you're based in Hong Kong, we'd love you to join us on Tuesday 15th September for a morning of practical tips, product updates and the chance to connect with other SOCS users.
Hosted in partnership with ISSFHK and Kellett School Hong Kong, the session is designed to help schools get even more from their sport and co-curricular programmes. Whether you're looking for fresh ideas, want to hear how other schools are using SOCS, or have questions for our team, we'd love to see you there.
